How It Works
Four markets, one review standard, and a clear path from listing to interest.
The four markets
Recovery
For a seller who can no longer continue an instalment plan with a developer. The unit is listed with its real figures and a buyer takes over the remaining instalments, paying the seller for what has already been paid in.
Exchange
For a seller who wants to trade an existing unit for a different one — a different size, location, or delivery date — rather than exit the market entirely.
Land
For a plot with documented ownership (a registered deed or contract), sold outright in one sale — no instalment plan and no delivery date, just a price, a location, and clear paperwork.
Old Property
For a unit already built and delivered years ago, sold at its final full price — with its real specs and construction year, entirely unrelated to any developer instalment plan.
The seller journey
- Submit an opportunity — A seller creates an opportunity with its real figures and uploads the supporting documents (contract, receipts, ID) from their Seller Portal.
- Review — The office reconciles the submitted figures against the uploaded documents. If something does not match or a document is missing, the seller is asked for changes.
- Marketplace — Once approved, the opportunity is published to the relevant market, where buyers can browse it and express interest.
The buyer journey
- Discover — A buyer browses Recovery, Exchange, Land, or Old Property opportunities — or, once signed in, sees opportunities matched to their own budget and preferences.
- Express interest — A buyer expresses interest directly on an opportunity's page, or saves it as a favourite for later.
- Follow-up — The office follows up with the buyer directly to arrange viewing and, if both sides agree, coordinate the transfer with the developer.
This page describes how the platform works today. Internal review steps that do not affect a buyer or seller directly are not detailed here.
